Basic stay

Helpful and nice staff. There is a very nice garden to have breakfast. Location is good, since there is not much to do in Puerto Princesa :) Also very good seafront restaurant not far away from this place.

Humidity in the room, air conditioner was noisy.

Perfect service for good price

Perfect staff! They provide free transport to the airport. They prepared the special breakfast to go (bcs we had to leave at 6am)! There is very nice courtyard, the room was clean and quiet. The surroundings is little bit dark but we felt safe.

Hot shower, free airport shuttle. Ok for a nights stay

Hot shower and glad breakfast was included as we had a flight the next morning. Free airport shuttle was handy. The facilities okay for a nights stay but wouldn’t recommend anything longer

Only one light in the room worked making the room seem very dark. The driver was 45 minutes late for our airport transfer. The hotel was a bit out the way too

it was ok but their's always room for improvement

spacious room no cockcroach,heater is working,tasteful free breakfast for 2,safe and peaceful stay,courteous and friendly staff, free van transfer to airport, we paid 300 pesos for 5hrs extension

weak wifi,mosquito maybe bec of the garden so that's given but the bathroom needs a little attention faucet is working yeah but quiet old and rusty and i saw what i hate to see theirs a worm (bulate) crawling up the bathroom wall and i have phobia with it good thing my hubby was their he just splash it away down to drainage using biddet we don't have picture to prove it coz im afraid with those kind i can't look at it and i wont save that to my mobile, this is my very first time to see one out of all the hotels i stayed to be honest

The staff was helpful

They didn’t clean the room in three nights we stayed. The mattress was REALLY small and REALLY UNCOMFORTABLE. They were stricted with the check in and out hours. We had our own breakfast as we didn’t like it.
